Early Retirement

The company offers an early retirement program designed for employees who have served in demanding roles for the past five years. Upon reaching the approved retirement age, eligible workers can receive benefits amounting to 48-50% of their salary, calculated three years prior to retirement. This plan allows employees to retain nearly half of their base pay while enjoying the freedom to pursue additional employment if desired. This flexibility enables them to prioritize family, health, and personal interests, ensuring a balanced and fulfilling post-retirement life.
